Pennsylvania up to 516 confirmed cases, Montgomery County reports first death

Reading, PA – As of 2am on Monday March 23rd, Johns Hopkins is reporting that Pennsylvania now has 516 confirmed cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus. 

The number of confirmed cases in Pennsylvania has nearly doubled since 268 were reported on March 20th. In addition, Montgomery County has reported its first death related to the coronavirus bringing the Pennsylvania’s total number of deaths to 3. 

Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all non-life sustaining businesses across Pennsylvania to close by Monday at 8 am. The Governor’s Office has announced that Pennsylvania State Police
