1. Flying Lessons
It is time to get the wind beneath your wings! Reading Airport has a number of providers who will be happy to get your flying lessons started in 2020. Getting a pilot’s license isn’t as hard as you probably think. There are a couple of programs available and they require between 35 – 40 hrs of flight time depending on which options you chose. Sylvia Hess is the Chief Flight Instructor at Reading Air and she said “Pilot’s license generally cost about $8,000 – $10,000 to get your single-engine license. We do offer a Discovery Flight program for $139 which includes 30 mins of ground training, a pre-flight inspection and 30 mins of flight time where the student actually gets to perform some aerial maneuvers in the plane.”

2. Visit Classic Auto Mall / Buy a Classic Car
If you are interested in buying a classic car or just taking a tour of one of the largest collections of classic and specialty vehicles in the country then you are in luck, Classic Auto Mall is located right here in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Santander Arena is home to the Reading Royals, concerts and a number of events throughout the year. If you truly want to attend a game or event in style, the best way is to rent one of the luxury suites for your glamorous night out.
